Why We Built This

Most online invoice and document generators force you to sign up, log in, and send your sensitive business data, client details, and financial transactions to their remote databases. We believe your financial data should belong to you.

Document creation and storage run inside your browser. There are no accounts, application server, or cloud document database. Your document data stays on your device.

Core Principles

• Privacy First: Document content stays in your browser and is saved to local browser storage (IndexedDB). We collect limited site-usage analytics metadata as described in our Privacy Policy; document fields, amounts, imported files, and uploaded document images are not sent to analytics.
• High-Precision Arithmetic: We use the decimal-safe big.js library to perform financial math. No IEEE-754 floating point rounding errors.
• Speed and Offline Fidelity: After the required editor assets have loaded, core editing, local saving, template changes, backup import/export and printing remain available without a network connection.
• Professional Templates:35 curated designs plus 640 configurable compositions across4,725 regional variants, with country presentation guidance kept separate from legal claims.
• Global Locale Registry:249 ISO country and territory entries backed by Unicode CLDR formatting metadata, with reviewed jurisdiction packs clearly identified.

Research, Review, and Corrections

Formnivo is the named publisher and maintainer of its product pages, document guides, and country research. Country-specific claims are included only when their scope, named official source, and verification date are recorded; formatting defaults remain separate from legal or tax guidance.
