Privacy Policy

1. Local-Only Processing

All information you enter into any document generator on this site (including names, addresses, prices, quantities, currency types, and terms) is processed and rendered locally in your browser session. The generator does not send those document details to a Formnivo document backend or third-party document storage API for core editing.

2. Local Browser Storage

We use browser-native storage technologies (such as IndexedDB) to save active drafts on this device. You can remove a draft with "Reset" in the document header, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.

3. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

Formnivo uses Google Tag Manager to deliver and manage its Google Analytics 4 measurement configuration only after you allow optional analytics. Before that choice, or if you decline, Formnivo does not load Google's measurement scripts or send analytics pings. The container is used for Google Analytics usage measurement and the privacy-bounded product events described below, not advertising or remarketing tags.

Google Analytics may use a first-party identifier and process page paths, referrer information, browser and device details, approximate geography, engagement time, and the limited feature-usage metadata described below. Depending on the Analytics property's measurement settings, it may also record standard engagement events such as scrolling, outbound-link clicks, and file downloads.

Formnivo sends only a closed set of product metadata for custom events: document type, template identifier, country code, event subtype, and numeric counts where relevant. Page locations sent by Formnivo exclude query strings and URL fragments.

4. Document data excluded from analytics

Analytics never receives the names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, document numbers, item descriptions, prices, quantities, totals, tax amounts, notes, terms, uploaded logos, signatures, or imported and exported backup contents entered in the document workspace. These values remain in your browser and are not added to analytics event names, properties, page URLs, or titles.

5. Analytics controls

Choose Allow analytics or Decline analytics in the optional analytics notice. Both choices keep every document tool available. Use Analytics choices at the bottom of any page to change your decision. Your choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable, it applies to the current page only.

Withdrawing permission stops new Formnivo product events, disables the configured Google Analytics destination, and removes accessible first-party Analytics cookies. If Google code was already loaded, it may receive the consent update; it is not loaded on the next page while your choice remains declined. Previously collected data is not erased by withdrawing. 6. Google as a service provider

Google processes Tag Manager and Analytics data under its own terms and privacy policies. Formnivo disables advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, Google signals, and ad-personalization signals in this implementation.
