Why these defaults?

The country code comes from ISO 3166. Unicode CLDR supplies presentation-oriented locale, currency, paper, date, language, calendar, numbering, and direction metadata. Defaults reduce setup time; they do not decide what a valid document must contain.

Azerbaijan's electronic tax-invoice obligation, online/offline eFP workflow, enhanced-signature upload, numbering and XML automation context are reviewed. TIN validation, taxpayer eligibility, e-signature authentication, full XML schema, signed-document generation, upload, tax-system numbering, delivery and transaction-specific VAT treatment remain separately researched or unimplemented scopes.

  • Guidance: Azerbaijan State Tax Service provides online and offline electronic tax-invoice workflows. Its eFP system supports preparing invoices offline; signed packages are uploaded through the Internet Tax Administration, where invoices receive serial and number values. The authority also publishes XML format information for internal-system automation.
