Why these defaults?
The country code comes from ISO 3166. Unicode CLDR supplies presentation-oriented locale, currency, paper, date, language, calendar, numbering, and direction metadata. Defaults reduce setup time; they do not decide what a valid document must contain.

- Guidance: Cameroon's General Tax Code requires VAT taxpayers to issue client invoices showing the supplier and customer unique identification numbers; invoice date; supplier name, company name, full address and trade-register number; full customer identity; transaction nature, purpose and details; ex-tax price; tax rate/amount; tax-inclusive total; and, where applicable, an exempt or State-paid indication by product. This local preview does not validate identifiers or trade-register data, determine registration, exemption, State-paid treatment, VAT/withholding, taxpayer status, filing, payment or transaction-specific treatment.Evidence CM_DGI_GENERAL_TAX_CODE_ART_150 · reviewed 2026-07-18 · review by 2027-01-18 · automation advisory only
