Why these defaults?
The country code comes from ISO 3166. Unicode CLDR supplies presentation-oriented locale, currency, paper, date, language, calendar, numbering, and direction metadata. Defaults reduce setup time; they do not decide what a valid document must contain.
Recorded official or regional-official language tags: cs.

Document vocabulary and checks
Czech tax-document guidance, VAT Control Statement context and the European Commission's public-sector e-invoicing overview are reviewed. Transaction-specific VAT treatment, identifiers, document schema, Control Statement filing, authority transmission, fiscalisation and sector or buyer mandates remain separately researched or unimplemented scopes.
Evidence snapshot: 3 official sources · last reviewed 2026-07-19. This is scoped guidance, not a jurisdiction-wide compliance certification.
Tax labels: DPH (VAT). Business identifier labels: DIČ / IČO.
- Guidance: The Czech Financial Administration publishes guidance on tax documents and a separate VAT Control Statement regime. The European Commission also publishes a Czech public-sector e-invoicing overview. This local preview creates a neutral business document only: it does not determine VAT or Control Statement applicability, validate DIČ/IČO or an official document, transmit to an authority or public buyer, perform fiscalisation, or satisfy an electronic-invoicing platform or format requirement.Evidence CZ_FS_TAX_DOCUMENTS, CZ_FS_VAT_CONTROL_STATEMENT, CZ_EC_EINVOICING · reviewed 2026-07-19 · review by 2027-01-19 · automation advisory only
