Why these defaults?

The country code comes from ISO 3166. Unicode CLDR supplies presentation-oriented locale, currency, paper, date, language, calendar, numbering, and direction metadata. Defaults reduce setup time; they do not decide what a valid document must contain.

Recorded official or regional-official language tags: ru, kk.

  • Guidance: Kazakhstan's State Revenue Committee operates the Electronic Invoices Information System (IS ESF), which supports real-time electronic issuance and exchange and an API for ERP integration. Current authority guidance also describes taxpayer-status and VAT context for e-invoice issuance. This local preview is not registered in IS ESF and cannot authenticate, apply taxpayer-status rules, generate an ESF, transmit it, or receive an authority response.Evidence KZ_SRC_ESF_SYSTEM, KZ_GOV_EINVOICE_FAQ · reviewed 2026-07-18 · review by 2027-01-18 · automation advisory only
