Why these defaults?

The country code comes from ISO 3166. Unicode CLDR supplies presentation-oriented locale, currency, paper, date, language, calendar, numbering, and direction metadata. Defaults reduce setup time; they do not decide what a valid document must contain.

Vietnam's prior Decree 123 framework and the current Decree 254/2026/NĐ-CP authority record and 1 July 2026 effective date are pinned. Because the new decree has not yet been reconciled article by article in this pack, prior field guidance is deliberately not promoted as current compliance guidance. This local Hóa đơn is not a tax-authority-format electronic invoice and does not register, sign, transmit, validate, replace, adjust or correct one; field rules, taxpayer applicability and operational requirements remain separately researched scopes.
