- Russian VAT taxpayers use the regulated счёт-фактура and the government-approved form under Tax Code article 169. The authority identifies a changed form from 1 April 2026 and an advance-invoice reference field. Use the official current form for regulated VAT output; this generic invoice is not that artifact.
- Electronic VAT invoices are retained electronically for four years.
- An electronic счёт-фактура is a legally significant original, signed by an authorised person, issued within five days, exchanged through an approved EDI operator and registered in VAT journals/books. Formnivo performs none of those actions.
