Invoice for Zambia

Create a private, browser-local invoice and set the workspace to Zambia for ZMW formatting and A4 print output.

Country-aware checks

  • Tax terminology: VAT
  • Business ID label: Taxpayer Identification Number (TPIN)
  • For a Zambian VAT tax invoice, include the prescribed tax-invoice title, supplier identity, address and TPIN, customer identity and-where applicable-customer TPIN, serial number, issue date, quantity, description, net selling price, VAT amount and total charge. Apply these particulars only when the transaction is within Zambian VAT invoicing scope.
  • Use the supplier's Zambia Revenue Authority Taxpayer Identification Number (TPIN) on a VAT tax invoice. ZRA describes the TPIN as a unique ten-digit number allocated on registration; Formnivo does not validate registration status.
  • Preserve VAT records and accounts, including tax invoices and credit notes, in English for at least six years and make them available to authorised ZRA officers on demand.
  • VAT taxpayers were directed to register and use ZRA Smart Invoice, including approved solutions or certified-system integration through VSDC. This local preview cannot register a taxpayer, connect to VSDC, transmit fiscal data or issue a ZRA Smart Invoice.
