Why these defaults?
The country code comes from ISO 3166. Unicode CLDR supplies presentation-oriented locale, currency, paper, date, language, calendar, numbering, and direction metadata. Defaults reduce setup time; they do not decide what a valid document must contain.

Document vocabulary and checks
Zimbabwe's TIN and registered-operator identifiers, fiscal tax-invoice particulars, six-year invoice and business-record rules, and FDMS device/transmission boundary are reviewed from ZIMRA sources. This local document is not a fiscal tax invoice and cannot operate or certify a device, generate an authority QR, connect, transmit or validate through FDMS/TaRMS. Registration thresholds, sector rules and transaction-specific VAT, exemption and input-credit treatment remain conditional current-rule checks.
