Country-aware checks
- Tax terminology: VAT
- Business ID label: VAT Registration Number / Business Partner Registration Number
- A registered business receives a ZIMRA Taxpayer Identification Number used for tax transactions. A VAT fiscal tax invoice shows the supplier's VAT and Business Partner registration numbers and the recipient's registration details when the recipient is registered.
- A Zimbabwe fiscal tax invoice includes its fiscal title, supplier and conditional recipient registration details, serial number and date, description and quantity, currency, supply value and VAT/consideration presentation. Only a compliant fiscal device connected to FDMS can generate and transmit the regulated record.
- Keep invoices, credit and debit notes, computer records and other business books in English for at least six years and make them retrievable for ZIMRA inspection.
- VAT-registered operators must fiscalise and transmit fiscal invoices through compliant devices to ZIMRA FDMS. Formnivo does not operate or certify a fiscal device, create an authority QR, connect to FDMS/TaRMS, transmit or validate fiscal status.
